This year has been a busy one already and Ümlaut has been loving working with Chester’s Central Urban Living and HMO Invest on a new look and various other Graphic Design work.
What did Ümlaut do for Central Urban Living?
Ümlaut have been working with Central Urban Living on their new brand identity alongside signage for their rental properties. The brief was tied in with the brand for HMO Invest, they were to have the same icon with bright new colours to separate the two businesses. Ümlaut came up with multiple design ideas for the brand and the client loved the re-imagined housing icon with the all new font and colour palette. Alongside this Ümlaut has also worked on van wrap designs, property signage and office signage complete the new look.
What did Ümlaut do for HMO Invest?
Ümlaut have been working with HMO Invest on their new brand to match the Central Urban Living look. Alongside this Umlaut has also worked on brochure, van wrap and social media designs to complete the bright new brand.
The ideas behind the brand
Ümlaut worked on a number of design concepts to link the two brands together. The final design focuses on each business being represented by a house icon, one is renovating the houses and the other letting them out so they both fit together and complement the other. The new colours are bright and eye-catching and give the brand a new lease of life.
Alongside the branding work, Ümlaut has curated the look of the HMO Invest Instagram as well as new brochures, van wrap designs and Central Urban Living signage.
