About the Project
Ümlaut worked with HMO Invest and sister company, Central Urban Living on their new brand identity alongside signage and print work for their rental properties. The brief was to give the two brands a fresh look without changing too much about the icon itself. The brands were to have the same icon as each other with bright new colours and branding to separate the two businesses.
We worked on a number of design concepts to link the two brands together. The final design focuses on each business being represented by a house icon, one is renovating the houses and the other letting them out so they both fit together and complement the other. The new colours are bright and eye-catching for their modern audience and give the brand a new lease of life.
For HMO Invest we also designed print work such as brochures for prospective business investors, furniture catalogs, van wraps, shop front signage and template sets for their social media to enable them to push the brand out in a new, on-trend way.
